Hi, I was paying for a few things that I had won on Ebay (not huge purchases) when all of a sudden my paypal wouldn't let me use my "instant transfer from bank account" payment method when I have funds aailable...I don't understand why, I havent gotten ANY emails notifying me of anything. I think that it should be MY choice which place I want my funds to come out of! Grrrr....
