Hi,
I've been over this many times with PP support team, having sent them too many messages asking for help, but they're quite busy not answering other people's questions instead.
My problem is everything is OK. That's literally it. It's all fine. I've verified my identity, linked a credit card, verified it, got it refunded with the same amount. I'm able to send invoices, and i have a paypal.me page, So it's all great. Except that I cannot receive funds.
Somehow, my account is blessed to never receive funds. The payer gets a vague message that they can't send me money at that time, and if the problem persits, they should contact paypal. Their account is verified, and is able to send money to other paypal users with no problem.
I need to be able to be paid by e-mail. This is crucial, and about the only reason i started "using" paypal. Paypal has NOT stated any reason for this. I get no errors, no codes to indicate where the problem might be. And the support team keeps sending me automated messages that completely disregard the issue at hand.
As much as I would enjoy being a paypal user, without any money details. My eyes are stabbed by the flash of a neon sign that says "not possible" held up by the feeble arms of "Logic" itself. I need to be able to receive funds via e-mail, so that i can use your service.
