i can't add U.S. bank account in my PayPal

i get this error message 

We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date.

how can i solve this problem ??

Hi there,

Welcome to the PayPal Community.

If the bank account is virtual or created online such as a Pioneer account I'm afraid these are not compatible with PayPal. If it is a regular US bank account I recommend reaching out to our customer service by phone, Facebook or Twitter where you can be assisted directly.
