How to appeal to PayPal to enable developer featur...

Hello, I'm not a developer, but work for a company that relies on an external payment provider. They recently informed they will no longer be able to provide payments through PayPal. Their reasoning is that Egypt is not a supported country for PayPal developers. The list included other countries as well, such as (Albania, Thailand, Monaco, Algeria .. etc). For the past 5 months I've gone back and forth with their help desk, trying to garner any help of any sort to be able to be paid again. But they insist there's nothing they can fix on their end. That it's PayPal's rules.   I don't know what else to do. I don't think coming to the community would do much help at this point, but it couldn't hurt. If possible, how can I go about appealing to PayPal, to request the enabling of developer features for Egypt?   Thank you. ... View more

PayPal is being vague again

Hi, Today i got a vague message from webform()intl.paypal.com that says my account has security issues, and i should remove countries from my checkout? and contact OFAC afterwards. Without providing the names of countries, or details on how I'm supposed to remove them from my checkout. This is happening after i contacted them regarding a denied incoming payment and weather i'll run into this problem again. Does anyone has any experience with this issue? why it happened, or how to clear things up?   This is what the message said: In the meantime, I have reviewed your account and I would like to inform you that As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding your account. PayPal’s Compliance Department has reviewed your account and identified activity that may be in violation of United States regulations administered by the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). PayPal is committed to complying with and meeting its regulatory obligations. One obligation is to ensure that our customers, merchants, and partners are also in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including those set forth by OFAC, in their use of PayPal. Can't receive funds via e-mail

Hi, I've been over this many times with PP support team, having sent them too many messages asking for help, but they're quite busy not answering other people's questions instead. My problem is everything is OK. That's literally it. It's all fine. I've verified my identity, linked a credit card, verified it, got it refunded with the same amount. I'm able to send invoices, and i have a paypal.me page, So it's all great. Except that I cannot receive funds. Somehow, my account is blessed to never receive funds. The payer gets a vague message that they can't send me money at that time, and if the problem persits, they should contact paypal. Their account is verified, and is able to send money to other paypal users with no problem. I need to be able to be paid by e-mail. This is crucial, and about the only reason i started "using" paypal. Paypal has NOT stated any reason for this. I get no errors, no codes to indicate where the problem might be. And the support team keeps sending me automated messages that completely disregard the issue at hand.  As much as I would enjoy being a paypal user, without any money details. My eyes are stabbed by the flash of a neon sign that says "not possible" held up by the feeble arms of "Logic" itself. I need to be able to receive funds via e-mail, so that i can use your service.
