Since upgrading to iPhone X from 7 push notifications/banners are not working. I have followed Apple Guidelines and done a full Factory Restore of the phone but the PayPal App is the only app which does not notify me of a transaction via a banner. I do receive email of transactions. I have removed the app and reloaded.
I did find a link from another post which took me to a Mobile devices and push notifications screen where an old phone was listed iPhone 4 where it says that - When you log in with a new mobile device, we link it to your account. You can remove devices from your account at any time. Just select from the list below and click Remove. I don't know if this is legacy as I have logged in numerous times and no new devices get added.
Any help or direction appreciated.
