Payment Received, Pending + On Hold

Hello,

Recently i received a payment, XX Euros (ON HOLD) below the money balance. 

I created paypal account 2 days ago and havent connected my card yet because i'm not enitlrey sure which type of card i need to get, i'm new to paypal and i dont know much about it.

The payment i received was on march 6th, its pending and on HOLD.

I received another payment today earlier and it immediately went in my balance.

Now i assume i haven't received my first payment because i haven't card connected to paypal (it's in progress currently) but then how come i received the second payment in my balance and it clearly says "Received" not "ON HOLD" or "Pending"

I apologize for my english, i'm really new to this, and it would mean a lot to find a solution, is it because i havent linked my card or i need to wait longer? im really in the dark here

Its pending 5 days already, is that normal? I'm newbie to paypal

Yes it is normal for funds to be held if you are a new seller. More information on the payment holds and how to remove the holds quicker can be found here -  Payment Hold
