Missing money from Depop

I've recently sold two items on depop which haven't came through on my PayPal account. I haven't had an email to say payment has been received from PayPal but I do have them from depop saying that I've sold an item.
I have also recently changed my email address so i think this is why. However it says I need to confirm my email address which I have already done when I changed it over. I only changed the email as the other one was outdated and I can't even log into it.
Is there anything I can do to get the money to come through onto my account, I obviously don't want to send the items without payment but I also don't want to effect my rating on depop.
