Is there a limitation on your PayPal account as this is usually he main reason why you are getting this error message? If you go to the Resolution Centre of your PayPal account there should be some steps there you will need to complete in order to have the limitation lifted. Have you tried completing any of these? -Donna

Hello @zack00SVK, Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post. If you cannot see this payment in your PayPal account, it may be that the payment was made using a 'guest' account. This is just a quicker way to make a payment through the PayPal system. You would have received an email from us to confirm the payment was made. -Donna

Once you receive the payment, you will be given the correct delivery address to send the item to. This will ensure you are covered under our Seller Protection Policy. If you send the item to another address, you are not covered. I would also advise you send the item using a trackable method that can be checked online. -Donna
