can't complete transaction from paypal to my account

why can't transfer money to my account even if validated my credit card? it keeps sending the money back to paypal it used to do it automatically but i cant seem to move the money from paypal

As your question is very account specific, I would advise you to contact our customer care department who can help you further. You can do this by clicking on the Help and Contact link at the bottom of every PayPal page to check what your contact options are. You can also contact us via our Facebook Page or Twitter @askPayPal.

it doesent work, the "help" is useless you cant contact enybody by mail, if i messages them i talk to a machine than just tells me to repeat stuff and you can only call them if you are from the united states, that is why i contacted the comunity in the first place.

 

IS THERE ENYTHING ELSE I CAN DO? THIS IS GEWTTING REALLY FRUSTRAITING

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
