Payments Going Into HOLD For 21 Days?? How long until they don't?? HELP!

I am a new account - signed up on 2nd June 2022 but how many days would it be until my payments sent to me no longer go into hold? I am having to wait 21 days for each one right now which is a pain. Is there a certain time I have to wait for them not to be put on hold in the future? And will I be notified when that time is up? Thanks.

PayPal will stop holding payments when PayPal understands your selling habits more and you have develop a good track record with PayPal. This can take a few months although sellers accounts are reviewed on a regular basis and the hold can return where appropriate.

I added tracking & updated order status for both payments but that didn't bring the release date sooner? I've had the account for just over 2 weeks now. What else can I do?

Hello @Ocean321,

I am sorry this has happened and I can understand your concern.

As you have said you have added tracking and updated the status, once the tracking confirms delivery, the payments will be released within 24 hours.
