No payment

A couple of days ago I sold two items on Depop, I got emails saying that they have been paid for through paypal, both customers have said the money has left their accounts but I have had no payments coming into my account, I’m not sure if it has something to do with the fact I have another email linked to my paypal account apart from my primary email, but I can’t delete the unused email it says there’s a problem and to try again ,I’m not sure what to do

As an email address identifies a paypal account then it would depend on what email address you provided to your buyers for payment on the Depop site as to where the monies gone.

You can also check that both email addresses match on both sites and that they are confirmed on the PayPal site.
