Activity not showing

Ok so I just sent some money to someone and I got their email address right and everything else then i got an email saying ive sent a payment but the seller said they didn't receive the payment and when i went to check paypal there was no evidence of me even sending that money. What happened and how do i fix it? I don't want to re send the money in case i pay them twice.

Thank you for posting your question here. 

I understand that you sent a payment but are not able to see this in your transactions and the seller says that he did not receive it. However, you did get an email confirmation. I think that you might have used the guest payment option. If you have the confirmation email it means that the payment went through. The seller should be able to look this up by your email address. 

If he is not able to find it they or you can always contact us and we can review the payment. You can contact us through the 'Help & contact' link, Twitter @AskPayPal or Facebook.
