hi.. i closed my old acc from a while and then i back today to create new account then paypal telling me this .. why ? what's the problem ?

Edit : if there 1% chance to back my main account will be thankful

You can't use PayPal anymore

At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.


Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.

I will never recommend paypal to anyone. My account was blocked for 180 days. what are the potential risks? people I knew transferred money to me as financial assistance, because I lost my job. We have a war! No explanation helped!

Dear paypal team, we recently had this same issue... brand new account, we received 2 payments from our clients based in the U.K. all legit, and then we got a few questions to answer, we did, we send I.D , vouchers ,everything that was asked, not even a second after the page says were restricted and we cant use Paypal anymore, is this a glitch or something, as the page said it would take 3 days before we would get any message back. now I see that more people have this issue, please help us get our account unrestricted and back working, we have an upcoming workshop that we already spend so much on to realize, and to get this happening is so sad, Thank you in advance.

Hello, my account has been permanently restricted. I would like to know why. I have not used PayPal since I registered. I was afraid of being restricted. I was still restricted after logging into PayPal recently. I have not made any transactions. Why was I still restricted? I would like to know the reason. If possible, please give me a chance to correct it. I will strictly follow all PayPal rules. After all, I use it myself. I will be very grateful for your help!
