I received an unauthorized charge on my account the other day for $199.99. It came from Paddle.com and was for some software called CleanMyMac X (which I never purchased). I filed a dispute saying it was an unauthorized charge. It was denied in less than 24 hours stating that it "was not an unauthorized charge." What the heck? It absolutely was unauthorized and now I have no other way of contacting Paypal. I've also contacted the merchants with no luck. Id like to get my $200 back, please! Thanks.

There is no way to contact paddle.com the customer service number is not in service. So it's impossible to contact them about fraudulent charges.

I faced something similar. PayPal refused. So I called up my bank and cancelled this transaction through bank.
I downloaded a template of resume from resume.co
They charged me 2 dollars for 7 days trial, which I am ready to pay and I paid. But then on 8th day I had this transaction of around 199 dollars for resume.co for monthly subscription, which I never agreed too. Secondly, they did two wrong things. The template could be worked upon online at google doc. So while working, they sent copied my resume and sent to third party without my knowledge. And I started getting emails from third party about how bad my resume was and I need to pay more to get it right. They even sent me information about who I am to confirm that they are talking to right person. This was second mistake, as this is stalking.
So I suggest, do not buy any software, from third party.
Secondly, do not tag any credit card to your PayPal if possible. Its not secure.
Thirdly, keep checking your paypal after every transaction if there is a co-occurring payment activated. How can a third party start a cooccurring payment from my paypal account without me knowing?
I thought paypal is safe but its not!!

It's clear to me that Paddle.com is a corrupt, parasitic corporation whose business model is to grab as much money as possible from accounts using a third party subscription scheme and reluctantly refund as little as possible and basically stealing millions. We must persuade Paypal to block any money requests from paddle.com because it's a money stealing scam.

So are you a paddle.com employee here to do damage control? Seems odd your first comment would be to defend a problem company.
