I paid $14.99 to try the help-for-procrastination app or whatever it is called. The "program" was idiotically simple and was definitely not helpful to me. I went on it, probably, 3 times and then thought nothing more of it. Two months later, I noticed the two charges of $59.99 (one in December 2023 and one in January 2024). I changed my Paypal account to prevent them from making any more charges. I have claimed fraudulent charges with Paypal and my credit card company.

Please, @Jimbo2024, tell me how you were reimbursed and how long it took. Did you contact external services, or did you receive the refund directly after submitting your claim? Tonight, I was also charged $99.99 USD, and when I checked my PayPal, I found that there is already a charge of $43 USD. I never signed up for this stuff. So ,I directly removed my credit card details from PayPal, and I have no intention of adding them back. How can I get a refund?

Call Paypal Customer Service. Report fraud on your account. I did this but I also contacted my credit card company. Paypal refunded one payment of $59.99. My credit card company also refunded.

Hello @GmaH @Incredulous23 and @rebeccamkidd
Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting your questions here!
Sorry to hear about the unauthorized charges in your PayPal account. It sounds like you've created a Billing Agreement/subscription with the seller during a checkout. You have to cancel the subscription to avoid the future scheduled payments in your PayPal account. Here's the article with the information on how to modify/cancel the subscription in your account : What is an automatic payment and how do I update or cancel one? After canceling the subscription, you can contact the merchant to request a refund towards the debited charges.
If this is not the case, you can report these unauthorized charges in the resolution center of your PayPal account. PayPal protection policy covers you in the event of confirmed unauthorized charges. Please find the help center article with the steps to report the unauthorized charges : How do I report an unauthorized transaction or account activity?
I hope this information helps,
Bindu

Hi Can you please advise why Paypal still deal with LIVEN / Resolutty when clearly they are not conducting business in an ethical way.
So many people on review forums and facebook complaining about subscriptions to this company when they have had no dealing with them at all, possibly visited their site and taken a quiz to lure them in and then been bombarded with emails trying to get you to subscribe, but as in my case, I never subscribed to LIVEN, they have fraudulently signed me up without my consent. They need to be removed from Facebook.
I have 2 transactions that I queried in resolution centre and Paypal have told me that it was a legitimate signup?
How can someone subscribe to an account without my consent-knowledge. There are no welcome emails or texts, not content downloads or anything on my device. You have a duty to REMOVE THEM and save a lot of other people from this scam, and refund me please!

I just noticed today that there was a charge of US$ 59.99 from Reya Digital OU on November 6. I didn't notice there was a charge of US$ 25.99 in October. I never heard of this "company". Never purchased anything from this "company". I went to check their website and was greeted by a quiz on procrastination. So, it looks like it is a fraudulent enterprise located in Estonia.

Hello @yzum92,
Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!
I understand you recently discovered a couple of unauthorized payments, and I'm sorry to hear that. You can learn how to report an unauthorized payment in the Resolution Center by visiting our Help Center here. I also recommend reviewing and canceling any subscriptions. When reporting unauthorized payments, you should be prompted to reset your password and security questions. Once you've done that, I might also suggest setting up 2-Step Verification to add an extra layer of security to your PayPal account.
I hope you receive a refund soon!
