Reya Digital OU made two charges of $59.99 each, which were taken off my credit card thru Paypal. I have since been refunded. I paid $14.99 to try the help-for-procrastination app or whatever it is called. The "program" was idiotically simple and was definitely not helpful to me. I went on it, probably, 3 times and then thought nothing more of it.  Two months later, I noticed the two charges of $59.99 (one in December 2023 and one in January 2024).
