Hi! i sold items on a platform called Grailed, and recently i sold a pair of boots, and i described transparently the condition of the boots by text or photos (in details) and most importantly the items i sold was authenticated by Grailed expert. the problem is the buyer has claimed the items i sold is not as described, meanwhile the evidence he claims is subjective. is it possible for me to refuse a refund? or is there any solutions to solve this without refunding?

Depends who wins the claim.
As paypal is the middleman its always your word against the buyers.
They 'tend' to favour the buyer BUT if they do win then normally they have to return the item back to you before you have to refund (trackable and at their own expense).
All you can do is provide as much information as possible before it escalates to a claim and hope paypal decide in your favour.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
