Hi! i sold items on a platform called Grailed, and recently i sold a pair of boots, and i described transparently the condition of the boots by text or photos (in details) and most importantly the items i sold was authenticated by Grailed expert. the problem is the buyer has claimed the items i sold is not as described, meanwhile the evidence he claims is subjective. is it possible for me to refuse a refund? or is there any solutions to solve this without refunding?
