Paypal Refund

Hi all,

Hope we are well.

I paid for tickets to someone any they've claimed that a refund should be back to me on this.

Does this sound right?

It will take 21 days to get back to me apparently.

Can someone confirm please?

Does this above look familiar to anyone?

Any help much appreciated.

Thanks,

Will have to wait about 24 hours for your screenshot to be approved so we can view it.

Better to have just given us a gist of the content.

Hi,

I found it a bit difficult and a lot of my 'evidence' that I fear that I have been duped is on this screenshot.

Do you have any advise on the 21 day thing?

This seems an awfully long time to refund money.

Thanks,

Glen

If your funds were 'on hold' for 21 days then you have not been issued a 'refund'.

The sender would have 'sent' you a payment, and so you would be viewed as a seller and the funds put on the 'new seller hold' and released when you provided trackable proof of delivery of an item OR at 21 days.

However if that was the case then they would still SHOW in your paypal account balance and activity but just have the word 'hold' by them.

The sender would also be able to file a dispute at a later date for non receipt of item and could get the funds back again.
