Refund refused and seller not received too

I have paid 1500 NZD to a person in NZ over three transactions. All was not received by the seller. I could get refund for 1 transaction of 500 only.

The other two disputes were refused and my account is kind of locked. The seller too haven't got the same yet.

Please help to either refund or to give to seller.

Sorry way too little information for us to even start to advise.

Funding source?

What does it say on the transaction on your paypal account?

Were there 3 separate payments?

Which dispute did you open?

Did you open 3 disputes or 1?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Were there 3 separate payments? - Yes

Which dispute did you open? - All 3

Still haven't said...

what does it say on your transaction ie completed / unclaimed / payment / sent???

you also haven't said which dispute type you opened ie non receipt of item OR item received but not as described? OR did you open billing error for all 3 and if the payments were completed then why would you use that option?
