Byer purchase some software goods from me. I have successfully delivered and he paid for 5 products in 5 invoices. After 3 4 days he files dispute of all transactions. He claimed he purchased jewelry but he has nothing proof. I have provided whatsapp chat evidence where i send him invoice and he agrees that service from my side is done. I provided the evidence to Paypal but Paypal refunded the buyer. The amount is around 4000$. I have paid all the resources and i totally owns less then half of total amount. My balance is in negative. What should i do if they send my case to collectors will they agree to settle on half amount or what will be the resolution. Because i can't pay total amount.
