My PayPal balance didn't quite cover an amount I am sending to a friend.
To get the missing 0.35 euro, it wanted to charge me 2.00 euro to debit it from a card or bank account.
When I reduced the amount I was sending to my exact PayPal balance, it didn't offer me the option of taking it from my PayPal balance but it debited my card for the FULL amount without any charge.
Why is this and where is the documentation for these fees?
