Today I noticed a transaction I had not made myself. So like any other super intelligent gifted person (I’m under average), I contacted support about the transaction. I then recieved a message saying they did not find anything that meant I hadn’t made the payment myself. How am I supposed to prove this? I had recently bought gift cards for my paypal too, which makes it even harder to link to my account. My card was also removed from my account, but the person only used from my balance (probably because I have no money on my card.) I have always gotten disappointed with paypal’s support team as they barely ever actually help the victim. What can i do?
