Account blocked for absoluely no reason

My account got blocked for no reason. I was asked to resolve something so i uploaded my national identity card and after which, it showed me this. All the details match with my national identity card and my account. Someone help please.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

I'll try the customer care but now can I close my account and reopen with my same email ID or no?

You can't close a limited account.

You can't open another paypal account as its you that has been banned and not just your paypal account.

If you open another account it would be permanently limited as well as Paypal are no longer offering you their services.
