customer made the purchase at our shop, but she made the payment later by her sister paypal account (Hsu zin zin soe). she informed me as soon as she made the payment on paypal. she did the same ways for several times.

after about 1, 2 months, paypal emailed me that this account holder opened a case of unauthorized transactions under the subject: PayPal Case PP-R-CMP-536523252.

i contacted with this customer and she replied that she would solve it. i also emailed paypal all the required proofs. But it is still unsolved since September. I have no reply from both paypal or this customer either.

How should I do? My account is in red of this wrongly charged amount.

An unauthorised transaction means that an account holders Paypal account was hacked and used without their consent by your ?buyer.

If Paypal check IP addresses etc and find in favour of the account holder then of course they are reimbursed.

However you would not lose out either as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection, so your best bet is to go and read up on it to make sure you were covered.

Thank you so much for your time, but your reply is not what I am looking for.

What troubles me the most is that I have provided to paypal with all the the transaction evidence which was required by paypal. But suddenly paypal stopped all the contacts while kept charging me wrongly. I have no way to contact with paypal except this community.
I contacted with the buyer who is the little sister of the payer and she told me that she had reported to paypal. By the way, this buyer has paid me via the same paypal account for 3 times since 2022.

Once again, thank you so much for your time. I will have to email to this paypal payer directly.
