I have recently purchased from joyuicoltd and notice on posts that they are possible scammers, my payment has been taken but nothing has shipped yet so is it possible to reverse the payment please

If you purchased something, and it is a legit purchase, then you would contact the merchant about the item not being shipped. That has nothing to do with PayPal.

If an item was paid for by paypal and has not been shipped then of course it has to do with paypal.

The buyer may well get a full refund if they file a dispute for non receipt of item with paypals buyer protection policy.

Real scammers.  They sell products that cost $2 to $3 dollars, five times more. I was shocked to receive the item which I found on Aliexpress and ebay for $2 - 3 dollars.  If you want to become rich, go and work. I work very hard for every single penny.
