What to do about FRAUD $2,737.92 transaction?

I was charged $2,737.92 USD today on my Paypal via a Stubhub order. I disputed it and the case was then closed, saying this"Thank you for reporting this case. After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection." - It says, transaction not refunded! I DID NOT PURCHASE anything from Stubhub! How were the scammers able to do this with such a large amount and no confirmation by myself?! When I got the text I immediately said, no it wasn't authorized and then changed the password, but it still went through! Please help me!

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
