Do not order from this company. They are scammers. Their products are not as described and they are in China and you have to pay to ship products back for a refund which cost sometimes more than you paid for the items.

Why does Paypal keep allowing this to happen?  I don't pay anyone outside of Paypal because I mistakenly thought you had measures in place to stop this kind of thing?  We are now 6 weeks down the track, I don't have the product ordered and they cannot give me a tracking number because 'the postal company is changing systems'.......not good enough Pay Pal, you knew about this company and have done nothing to stop them using your platform.

Waste of time dealing with PayPal  as Joyui will refund your money however the cost to return to China is prohibitive.

PayPal is fully aware this company is a scammer and allows customers to buy with PayPal, shame on PayPal.

Both products I purchased from Joyui were not as advertised and defective.

It would help if the program didn't glitch out as soon as you were going to press send. I don't know how many attempts each step takes, a minimum of 3. I have learned that if I can manage to copy what I have written before I do anything else, then that helps. But if often glitches out and makes you restart. And I believe this is by design. They want you to be discouraged and just walk away from your money, thus winning by default. Shame! I know you make money off is PayPal, but don't you care about your customers enough to try and keep them happy? This process sucks. And you know it.

I have tried your resolution center.  It asks for a link. there is no link to JoyuiCO.,LTD so i can not continue!!

I've posted several times on this forum.  If you call PayPal and speak to a person you should get them to refund the full amount without returning the items.  Point to this site (which they run) and the hundreds of people who've been scammed and can't return the goods.  If you get someone who is disobliging, then call again and get someone who will co-operate.  You will get your money back eventually - but it is disgraceful that they continue to trade with Joyui despite all this discontent.

Thank you. I will keep calling. They even added an extra 50.00 more than invoice. There are hundreds of ads for all types of items on facebook. Most put PayPal as the most accepted mode of payment. I never will use paypal again.

Most folks don't have the time to keep calling PayPal over & over until they finally find someone who will agree to refund their money. Perhaps you could help those who "might" wish to waste their time with a phone number & name of a person @ PayPal who refunded your money to you. The only solution that I feel is acceptable is for folks to stop using PayPal altogether for paying for ANYTHING they might buy. Just use your credit card that does have a way to dispute & refund for an unacceptable product without all the runaround.
