Do not order from this company. They are scammers. Their products are not as described and they are in China and you have to pay to ship products back for a refund which cost sometimes more than you paid for the items.

I have often had this problem with sellers from China, but much to my surprise, this product arrived and was as cute as advertised, albeit I was smart and ordered it 2 sizes larger than my actual size!  It took a month, but it's all good, and I don't regret the money I paid at all, which is OFTEN not the case when I order on line!

This company is a total fraud I ordered a 16 ft led xmas tree which cost 46.25U.S instead I got a pkg of lights get them at dollar store. I stared a dispute threw Pay Pal they tried to get me send back there crap item back to chia at my cost. They slowly offer you small amounts of money back hoping you will accept I didn't so  I filed a case and got my full refund back

Me too! I ordered 2 garden memorial 'stones', which was already upsetting enough.

What arrived was cheap plastic rubbish!!!

Some of the inscription is missing and the writing is all blurry.

Complete waste of money and false advertising!

How can you advertise that something is stone when it is cheap plastic?!

Order the ocean wave glass sculpture and received a flat piece of plastic. Have lodged a complaint with PayPal and Joyui have offered a refund and return at my cost. Or $5 refund and I keep it. I don't think so. How are PayPal still allowing this business to remain using PayPal with so many complaints?

i ordered High-tech Face Shield on 4th September 2021 and till date 22-02-2022 i have not received it and fighting to receive the product or my refund. but did not receive any of those till date. think it is scammer...

Scammer:- 

I had paid for express delivery and when the goods failed to arrive, I raised a claim via PP resolution Centre.  They offered to PARTIAL-refund for the express delivery which I foolishly accepted as I did not know that if I do PP would close the the dispute and I would not be able to claim for Good not received. 

I am going to avoid buying from all Chinese companies

Item didn’t fit and offered me portion of my purchase as order was what I wanted. Explained I wanted to return and wouldn’t give me the option, then had the hide to say they would take a personal hit out of their meagre salary to offer me $5US
