Etsy reseller

I have been scam by a Etsy reseller and I never got back my CHF130 (rougly USD130) after canceling within 12 hours the purchase.

I gave proof to Paypal regarding my credit card, the reseller messages agreeing he would pay back,...

But for Paypal, the transaction was processed correctly. 

What would you do next?

Did you open a dispute and if so which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did the seller provide a tracking number?
