Nothing happens with the standard support. Whom and how should I contact to resolve my issue.

After successful verification of my business account and the confirmation of several support people that everything is fine, I have a big problem. Everything was fine for a month and then they froze my account and money. Something had to be verified that could not be verified according to the information. My shop has been closed for a week. I have over 9k orders on Etsy and over 2k 5 star reviews. My customers are satisfied and happy with their orders. I take care of them.

 

My shop and business are 100% legal and transparent. I have reached out multiple times by phone and text to no avail. Chat doesn't work, they are always offline. Nobody pays me any attention. It's like there is no PayPal support. I am disappointed with PayPal. This is not serious. Whom and how should I contact to resolve my issue. Nothing happens with the standard support. Nothing happens for a week.
