Hello, I purchased beats by kim earpods worth $99 in May and payment prompt came as a donation to Kathleen [removed]. I never received the earpods, the seller only sent an order confirmation via [removed] and No shipping details. Seller has never responded to my emails asking about shipping and further requesting for refund. PayPal declined request for refund and closed the case. What can I do?
Thank you Kernowlass, I wondered why the payment page came as a donation and the order confirmation was received immediately after yet the order was never shipped. I wish i could be refunded even part of my it as opposed to completely losing out cause clearly they will never ship my order and they dont have the audacity to respond to any of my emails.
they host a paypal checkout of their page, they scam people (google search post buy) and paypal still supports them. but thats what the usa is known for right, steal oil, steal elections etc, **bleep**
