Why does PayPal only favor sellers?? Even if the seller refunds the payment, PayPal will not. Do you keep the money?

Hello @Badcustomer

Thanks for joining the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your refund through a dispute. If the seller processes a refund, the refund will be immediately issued to you, and the case will be closed. If you received notification that the seller was processing a refund, but you didn't receive it right away, that usually means the seller issued the refund as an eCheck. An eCheck takes an average of three to five business days to clear. If it doesn't clear the first time, we'll attempt to collect the money once more. If the second attempt doesn't clear, the case typically moves into a review status so the next steps can be determined.

As it sounds like you haven't received any updates, I recommend contacting Customer Support to find out what the status of your refund is. You can contact Customer Support on Twitter (X), Instagram, and Facebook private messages as well as through the website by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of the page.

I hope you receive your refund soon!
