I purchased from this company & was given a fake tracking number. After I started a dispute they finally shipped my product. It was nothing like the description or picture. They offered a full refund it I return the item to ship it back to China it will cost me over 70.00 & the original item was 45.00 with shipping! I’ve been scammed! I’m really tired of these vendors!

The best way to combat this kind of activity is for PAYPAL to research companies they let on their platform. We expect this. I've been conned by Giske Network Technology. They send different products to what people order, and only send order (wrong item)  if you make a claim to paypal that you have not received. I will now think twice about using PayPal in future as PayPal make it so hard to put in a claim even though PayPal know they are scammers. I used to trust PayPay, not anymore.

Absolutely agree. Exactly as my commentary on here several months ago. I was clearly scammed from this same company, and opened an inquiry with Paypal (mostly to make PayPal aware to do something and protect others - I truly took my case as a $40 learning lesson). PayPal closed the inquiry stating the (scam) company claimed the item was shipped/recvd (which was false, as the company provided no proof of shipping, delivery, or even a valid shipping company used). So therefore, the (scam) company was clear. PayPal does NOT protect their customers. Advice to all... Do direct credit card payments, as many credit card companies offer protection to their customers in times such as this, when consumers, even after doing some due diligence, are taken advantage of. Que the PaPal faithful here claiming all blame rests with consumers of its spineless app.

What I find disturbing about this scam company is that they are still on paypal!!! The first post was dated in 2022, yet company still scamming paypal customers in 2024. What's the matter with PayPal?

PayPal has more than enough information and complaints to shut this down They need to aggressively investigate and reimburse consumers who are being ripped off without delay and question We are suffering enough We use your services for protection against fraud so please don’t make this known issue a problem

So PayPal takes no ownership that 61 people state they are scamming and advises to throw more money into a black hole that we’ve been scammed by already?? How logical is this? This company (by multiple names) was reported on 2020 and it’s 2024 and it’s still happening! How is this protection? If PayPal was paying all of this shipping back to China they may actually “look” at what’s happening here.

Yes, they scammed me for a nativity light up display for my yard. It turned out to be about the size of my hand. There’s no way what they sent depicted the photographs and the item description on their Facebook ad. Their site even says 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. I went back-and-forth with their customer service. They said it would cost me too much to send it back to China but they could offer me a small refund. They started at three dollars and then upped it to five dollars and then finally seven dollars and said that was the best they could do. I took the seven dollar refund but I am still out $28. It probably cost them a buck to make. It’s definitely a scam and needs to be shut down.
