I'm the same, started dispute on 8th April 2024 and still not heard nothing. Been charged £21.05 for a £6.99 item with £2.99 postage so how does that equal £21.05!! Disputed the amount and it's now been changed to 5p dispute on my behalf but I have not asked for this. Doubt I'll ever see a refund

@Misspinklady198 @kernowlass am sorry you are going through this. My advice is do not give up! I am pleased to tell you that PayPal have refunded my money.
i sent a message every day saying I had not received the goods and that I wanted a refund.
