Someone just received a code to access my account. I did not make this request. how can I block it?

I am sorry to hear what has happened. I know this must be concerning. If you received a code, but you did not request it, I would suggest you change your PayPal password right away. This can be done following the steps here.
When changing your password, please make sure it is unique to PayPal. For example, you should not share the same password for multiple online accounts. Once you have done this, your account should be secured.
