i bought some trainers online through paypal they were to small contacted seller for returns label same day that i recieved item got no answer so emailed seller still no answer so contacted through paypal still no answer so opened a dispute now paypal have ruled in favour of seller i only wanted to return them for a refund can any one advise me

PayPal buyer protection doesn’t cover buyers remorse (ie. don’t want, don’t fit, don’t like, saw it for cheaper, changed mind, bought by accident/mistake, as described but did not meet expectations).
You may try a credit card chargeback as those terms may be more broader than PayPal buyer protection program.

- Issued refund but had money taken from my account instead. in Transactions Archives
- iFastNet Refund Sent to PayPal on Hold - Confusion Over Shipping Details for Personal Account in Transactions Archives
- Money sent to a closed account and account not accessible but i was refunded to that account in Transactions Archives
- Item not received, Paypal issued wrong amount for full refund. in Security and Fraud Archives
