A transaction with an online seller who never sent the items is listed as a gift. When I try to report a problem, the items not received is not a choice. I didn't want to give this unknown person a gift. How can I get my money back? How can I report this person for misrepresenting herself and the transaction?

If you paid via the friends/family option then you can't open a dispute for non receipt of item unfortunately.
