can paypal fully refund stolen money (lost over 250 Euro)

Hi, recently I was scammed of all my money. The scammer somehow got my paypal account and bought games on various websites that support paypal. Right now I am waiting for paypal support response, but it is showing that I have to wait 5 or more days for them to respond. Because of this, I am having panic attacks etc.. I just want to know at least some answers. I don't know where to ask, paypal phone support works only Monday - Friday, every source I read is just nonsense... So I am here... The main question is: Should I stay calm and hope for the best or just give up. Thank you! 😊
