Seller will get the money uncontested if case auto closed so you must escalate the dispute to a claim within the 20 days for PayPal to step in to investigate and decide the case!
Here’s how to escalate a dispute
- Go to your Resolution Center. (The Resolution Center is only accessible on a web browser, not the PayPal app.)
- Click View next to the dispute you want to escalate.
- Click Escalate to PayPal at the bottom of the page.
- Add any relevant information for escalating the dispute and click Submit.
- Click Submit.
We usually reach a decision within 14 days, but some cases can take 30 days or longer.
To escalate a dispute, we often require that at least 7 days have passed since the payment date.

Hello Friend
Note when I changed my Login all my Transaction I did with Paypal was deleted
and I am login without any transaction made by me
Paypal should have My ID Number or Name /Surname or Birthdate
See the attached
Paypal must see with the seller whatis happening with my purchase
