Who else has experienced problems related to PayPal's account restrictions? I was hacked, reported it immediately, and then was summarily shut down. PayPal refunded my loss but immediately prevented me from transferring it back to my bank. My account says "refunded" to this day, but apparently "not to me!" What law gives them the right to "steal " your money?

I have contacted PayPal numerous times! Then found out a class action suit was filed against them for this very same issue! Basically they can currently suspend your account at their discretion for six months! I checked with Bank of America and their action was "immediate!" They "credited" the money taken from me until PayPal returns it! You can get this same service by closing your PayPal account and opening one with "Zelle!" Zelle is owned by the B. Of A.

Now PayPal has gotten even more "fraudulent!" They just sent a letter stating that they would "not" turn over documents to my bank explaining why they have "frozen" my account! There was also a "threat ' of taking further action against "me!' Recently when placing an order I discovered that the business had switched to Google Pay. Let's hope this is a trend! PayPal is a certified "fraud!"
