HI was wondering if any one can help is there a way to help reduce fraud orders from Paypal?
In the last week we have had 2 people claim unauthorised transactions on orders shipped to USA
All though we have sent to the registered address and have tracking so hopefully covered by paypal
they seem to open it the day after they can see the package has left the UK to USA.
any ideas would be great I have currently turned off USA as a shipping location as have we suddenly has a rush of orders to USA i put it down to the exchange range being so good for them.
