PayPal business accounts becoming too intrusive

I've been a PayPal customer since it began and I've never had a problem processing transactions or getting paid for the work that I do. This year for some reason PayPal wants me to go through their payment website to explain each sale and print labels and process orders and none of that was anything that I signed up to do. PayPal is not my business my business is not PayPal I simply process transactions like a bank my bank doesn't say did you fulfill this order my bank doesn't say do you want to print labels. My bank doesn't do any of these things it just cashes my checks and gives me my money as long as there are no complaints on my account and no fraud. Like I said I've been a customer since the beginning of PayPal and I've done over a million dollars in transactions and work with no issue but now all of a sudden PayPal wants to say they are my business and manage the minutia of every transaction including holding funds???? If this is the case I'm definitely going to find other payment options because there are other online payment services that don't try to get involved in the daily activities of your business when you have a good record.

This applies to everyone this has been a site issue starting this year for everyone. I have two bank accounts at my bank one is personal one is business there hasn't been one time that my business account was locked accounts for limited until my bank saw that I used their order fulfillment system. PayPal is a bank they should act like a bank not like they run every business that uses them. Unless they want people to go to other financial processors online.

We agree and this is happening to us also.  We have been in business since 2008.  Yes, 2008.  Image if PayPal did this back then?  Never.  It would never fly.  We understand how much fraud and how it seems like the country is on fire right now.... we get it.   That is another story and not going to get political on here.  PayPal should understand their true, long-lasting customers and not treat us like this.

That being said - we are moving over to another processing company.  PayPal can do what they want, if that is how they want to run its company now, so be it - they will not tell us how to run our company.

We can complain or take action.  We did both and are moving on and away from PayPal.
