Where is appeal button on closed case?

I recently had almost a month long case about a service not being received but paid for. I thought it was going in my favor but I just found out they sided with the buyer because there is evidence that I received the service, which is not true and I had provided countless evidence to show. When I open the case now I cannot find the dispute button, does anyone know where it is?

Call customer service to appeal.

- Click Disputes and account limitations.
- Click Disputes.
- Click Dispute a payment.
- Click Message Us or Call Us after “This information might help” box.
