Unauthorized Uber Payment?

I got an e-mail saying I sent a payment to Uber. It's just a small $5 charge but I 100% didn't user Uber this week, nor any family members. Is this worrisome?

I currently have the same situation - [removed] did two transactions for over 100EUR and PayPal has just rejected my case for unauthorized transaction. Thank goodness I keep the money in the second account, because the next unsuccessful transaction was supposed to be 300EUR (I received a notification from my bank to fund the account to be able to make a transfer).

Can someone please help me asap. I went into my account to cancel a psyment. I noticed that a payment went out for uber. I looked and over 12 month period the have taken over £1000. What do i do?? We have never had a uber account and never had one. Can someone please help thank you kindly

I have the same problem and paypal did not about it, very disappointed. I gonna try to reach out uber now.

It happened to me exactly today, on March 17. It transferred $10 to uber unauthorized. I will close my account both on Uber apps and PayPal now. Immediately! To me, it looks like a set up situation between the companies

The same thing happened to me and PayPal will not give me the money back. I don't even use uber. I had to dispute it with my bank. Ridiculous.

Same thing happened to me. Uber were unhelpful and so was PayPal. Incredibly disappointed with PayPal 😒
