Someone is trying g to extort money from me for unauthorized fees.. I have the email they wanted Paypal to send money too. How do I report them.. Did Not Send money..

Forward it to phishing@paypal.com and delete the email from your inbox.

It’s not a phishing scam.. A transport company is saying I need to send them money.. over and above what I paid seller..

‘They gave me.. 2 emails to send money thru PayPal.. for friends…. Not goods or services..

If you purchase something or if you want to make any payment related to the purchase to the seller, please send the payment as a goods & services payment  to avail our purchase protection. You can reach out to the seller directly for the clarity on sending another payment for fees.
