I was scammed for $400 & $200 usd. The 400 was paid under Goods and Services, the 200 under Family and Friends, I tried to have the payments reversed but PP didn't uphold my complaint, How can I get PP to reopen the cases?? TIA
You would have 0 luck with the friends/family payment as you negated your buyer protection by using that option.
However if you opened a dispute for non receipt of item and escalated the dispute to a claim then not sure why you would not have had a refund for the other amount.
Did you open that dispute type and if so can you give more details on what happened.
