MagicWigs.shop is a complete fraud. They knowingly advertise false products and send garbage. When a dispute is submitted they will willingly offer a full refund if you send the product in less than 7 days back to CHINA. This cost of shipping alone is more than what they charge for the fake wigs. There is now way Paypal is not aware of the number of disputes that is filed by the company. They even change their contact us email every week to something different.

If you lost due to tracking you must have opened a dispute for non receipt of item which the seller would have won if they supplied tracking.
Why didn't you open a dispute for item received but not as described?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I ordered a dress online from one of the many alternate names that this company hides behind. I checked before ordering to confirm that the dress was returnable, and I would receive full refund if I was not satisfied. Luckily, I kept all records because the package had no invoice in it and the return address was not a valid location, just, presumably, a warehouse. I contacted the company via saved contact info and requested the refund because 1), the dress that arrived was not the quality or color of the dress online and 2) it was still in the original packaging. They agreed to refund 20% [later, upped to 30% but final payment was actually 24%] and I would not have to return the dress. They also agreed to full refund if I returned the dress (at my expense). I chose to return it and requested the return address. IT WAS IN CHINA!!!!!!!! Needless to say, I changed my mind to Option #1... and, as you can see from above, they sc***ed me over on that, too.
