There is a company that is using PayPal as their payment gateway, but they are a bait and switch moving company that commit consumer fraud.
They call themselves "CalState Moving" but that is neither a legitimate nor registered business.
How does someone inform PayPal that their payment gateway is being used to commit fraud by CalState with the charges appearing as: *MOVINGRELO[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]FL.
A complaint has already been filed with US DOT and the Los Angeles City Attorney's office opened an investigation into these sketchers.
