I ordered from Eudaimonia Co. ltd In Sept. My order never arrived. Eudaimonia claimed that the parcel was delivered, it was not. They sent me a tracking number. The package was to a different person at a different address, I checked through the USPS. I filed a complaint and asked for a refund. PayPal resolved the matter by saying that Eudaimonia proved delivery. They did not prove delivery, and they have admitted in later messages that they have lost the parcel in transit. There was NO delivery to me on the days in question, I have never received any package from Eudaimonia
3 month later I have received no satisfaction from Eudaimonia or PayPal. I informed them that I would file a fraud report, and they responded with assurances that they were looking into the issue, but my "activity" says that the report was resolved in Eudaimonia's' favor. Their protection guarantees are not worth the air they are broadcast through. I believe that they are stalling to make it impossible for me to file a fraud complaint with my bank.
I am not through, there are more complaints to be made here.

APPEAL
To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper/courier (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment. Or one that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
Check tracking in below link to see where it went.
https://www.17track.net/en
When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page, however that may not be an option at the moment due to covid), or via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.
You also have the option to contact your card issuer if you funded your paypal payment that way and see if they will do a chargeback for you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I submitted a dispute with PayPal concerning Eudamonia co Ltd. The item I ordered never arrived. I was assured by the seller that the item was still in transit, but after four months I was sure the item was lost. The seller submitted a phony tracking number with a delivery date, so PayPal took their word for it and closed the claim. BBB states this is a common scam. Do not pay these people. PayPal needs to remove these fraudsters from their accounts.

Same thing happened to my us. We placed an order on November 29, 2020. Multiple conversations were had via email and they kept referring us to the item was still in transit. Now over 3 months later, they have stopped responding, we can't file a disputed claim on our credit card and Paypal is giving us the run around. They keep transferring us to different people and we are hold for hours at a time.

Yep. Eudaimonia Co.Ltd is definitely a company that practices fraud on a large scale, it appears. My order for a neat little ring/necklace/puzzlebox was made on January 11. I also used PayPal. I NEVER received the package and had suspected that it was due to the backlog of shipments from China due to COVID. I was just perusing my PayPal history to follow up on a different order when I came across my payment email for that gift (I had forgotten about it). So it appears that this company simply places ads, charges PayPal, and never delivers any product. There must be a way to go after them, but not likely to happen since they appear to be based in China.

I just realized that a pair of Vintage goggles I ordered 1/8/2021 were never received. I checked Paypal and saw I am well beyond disputing the charge. I emailed Eudaimonia by replying to the order confirmation and just received this: "Thank you for contacting us. We’ve checked your order, if there is no update, it may be something wrong with the system, we’ll check and update the information
Sorry for the inconvenience."
I doubt it will go any further. I wonder if contacting my credit card company will do any good.
